崔益斌，男。1989年南京大学本科毕业留校任教，1998-2004年日本筑波大学生命环境科学研究科学习，获环境科学博士学位。2009年8月至2011年7月挂职西藏大学。曾任南京大学副教授、教授、博士生导师，现任环保部南京环境科学研究所教授、流域生态保护与污染防治技术研究中心（流域中心）主任，南京大学、河海大学等兼职研究生导师。
多年来主要从事环境生物技术、污染生物修复以及污染物的环境与生态毒理学等相关的教学与科研工作。先后主持或参加国家“十一五”、“十二五”、“十三五”水污染防治重大专项，国家自然科学基金、省市地方自然科学基金和横向科研、咨询、服务项目。曾获国家环保部、中国分析测试协会、中国石油化工协会科技进步奖项，在国内外发表科研论文百余篇，申请各类专利40多件，参加编写教材专著6本。兼任教育部学位论文抽查评议，国家自然科学基金金、浙江省自然科学基金项目评审，多家杂志审稿人等社会工作。
