张昊楠,男,自然保护地研究中心研究员、自然保护地调查监测研究室主任、国家赤水生态质量综合监测站站长、博士生导师、博士后合作导师。

个人简况:

毕业于南京林业大学,获生态学博士学位,主要研究方向为自然保护地智慧监测监管、森林精细化结构数据反演技术。现为中国环境科学学会青年科学家分会委员、国家自然保护地生态环境监管咨询专家(生态环境部公告2021年第31号),污染防治攻坚战考核专家、“绿盾”自然保护地强化监督工作专家。河海大学、南京林业大学、安徽大学校外研究生导师,《Forestry Research》《北京林业大学学报》《生态与农村环境学报》编委。获得环境保护科学技术奖等省部级一等奖和二等奖各1项,省部级表彰表扬6项,厅局级表彰表扬11项。发表高水平论文SCI论文30余篇,1作者执笔起草政策法规研究报告63项上报中央部委被采纳,其中5项被转报至中办国办并获得中央领导同志的批示采纳,有力的推动了我国祁连山、长江经济带等重要生态空间的保护修复工作。

近年来围绕就地保护政策下森林生物多样性的恢复机制、自然保护地监管政策等开展研究,主持生态环境部自然保护地监管业务支撑专项、监测与评估国际合作项目,贵州省生态环境科技支撑专项“贵州省生态地面监测”、安徽省自然资源调查专项“基于精准测绘的皖江流域典型湖泊水资源与相关生态系统服务调查评估”、创新团队项目“物种互作驱动退化森林群落次生演替和稳定性维持机制研究”等科技专项13项参与重点研发生物多样性重大专项4项。主持或牵头实施国家级自然保护地调查监测、生态质量监测等技术咨询项目10余项。
