For implementing the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and “the Several Opinions about Delimitation and Strict Management of ECR”, maintaining national ecological security, guiding and standardizing the supervision of ecological conservation redline, the technical team led by Researcher Gao Jixi set the series standards for ecological conservation redline supervision. These series  of standards followed the work arrangement of Department of natural and ecological protection, Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People's Republic of China (MEE), and were formulated by Nanjing Institute of Environmental Sciences of MEE, Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning, Satellite Application Center for Ecology and Environment of MEE and other units. These series standards were approved and issued by the general office of MEE On November 24th, 2020 (Announcement [2020] No. 55). Specific standards are as follows:
